Cabruca's traditional Brazilian-style fudge truffles. Made in small batches – really! – the truffles are cooked slowly, hand-stirred carefully until they reach the perfect creamy consistency and taste.
Each brigadeiro is hand-rolled, dipped in premium chocolate and sprinkled with a variety of toppings – from fancy chocolate shavings to toasted nuts and pepper flakes.

Cabruca's Ganaches are rich, smooth blend of chocolate, cream and a chocolatier's signature flavor blends. We use only premium chocolate, organic cream and organic butter.
Each truffle flavor has been developed carefully with a blend of different variety and brands of chocolate (using Guittard, El Rey and Callebaut), as well as fine, all-natural ingredients, including spices, fruits and nuts. The goal is to allow each truffle to be naturally beautiful and the flavors to come out harmoniously.

Mimo Jars
A fun way to enjoy chocolate, just like that – by the spoonful! Each jar is filled with a creamy, stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth, traditional Brazilian-style fudge truffle, Brigadeiro. Choose from our Traditional Chocolate or Dulce de Leche (creamy caramel) flavors.

Super Cocoa ~ dark chocolate with crushed cocoa nibs rolled on cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, and chocolate shavings.
Traditional milk chocolate ~ blended of pure dutched cocoa powder and milk chocolate. Rolled on chocolate sprinkles.
Traditional white ~ made with pure Belgian white chocolate and rolled on white chocolate shavings.
Cafezinho ~ dark chocolate blended with organic espresso coffee. Rolled on chocolate curls and crushed espresso beans.
Nutty Coconut ~ marbled dark chocolate and white chocolate blended with crushed almonds and toasted coconut.
Menta Preta ~ dark chocolate infused with peppermint oil and rolled on chocolate curls and dried mint.
Pimenta Garcia ~ dark and milk chocolate blended with chili flakes, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Rolled on chocolate sprinkles and dried peppers.
